So this is gonna be my maybe 5th market/festival. It’s a super big July 4th festival but it’s ALLL DAY!! Do you think something like this is practical for selling macarons? (1st pic) since it’s gonna be HOT I was thinking maybe some ice packs on the bottom. Usually I do 3 packs or half dozens (2nd pic)but I’m trying to change it up a bit. I’ve always seen some displays like the 3rd pic (not my work) but I live in Texas and wondering if I can even have them displayed that way since cottage laws are different like everywhere! But packing them as ordered seems nice because people can pick what they want!.-. Please let me know what yall think!!!

These are absolutely gorgeous – incredible work ❤️✨
How long did it take you to make all these flavours? I think I can see churro cheesecake and it makes me wonder – did you also make churros to infuse into the filling?
Dang that’s cool! I wish I could do this but my states laws say that I can’t have dairy products in my macarons so I can’t sell buttercream or ganache :/
My thought is to have maybe like two two-packs of each flavor on display. Those ones will be like sacrificial macs that you won’t sell since they’ll be in the heat. Then you can grab the ones you’re selling from inside a cooler.
Do you have recipe(s) you could share for your crisco buttercreams? I’ve never attempted it, but I know I need to if I get serious about selling.
I’d clean you out. I love macarons but have never tried my hand at making them.
