* Cheese Flavor: Tasted like wine * Meltiness: Softened and had a crumbly texture * Overall: 6/10 I was really looking forward to this one. Drunken goat is one of my favorites and I thought I’d like this one. It was too strong on the wine and alcohol. Would definitely recommend this to anyone whole loves wine opposed to wine flavored cheese.

Yeah, even though it’s cheddar seems overpowering for a g.c. Def want it on a charc board though.

I wonder if melting this into a fondue situation would cook off some of the alcohol flavor? In the package is looks like there is actual win left, but the cheese in the sandwich looks like it has all soaked into the cheese itself. Was there extra moisture?

Hey OP, what do you do with the leftover cheese after making a delicious sammy? You must have a LOT of cheese left over!

Have you tried Bellavitano Espresso? One of my favorite cheeses! Has a coffee rind. So delicious!
