I’ve been throwing together “cheater charcuterie” for two parties this week.

I love these handy platters for taking to parties when aesthetics aren’t critical. Both times I used cheese I’d bought anticipating one of the parties, and whatever else was handy. I’m most proud of the homemade pickled cucumbers and celery!
