Wake up: blueberry, banana, spinach, almond milk, collagen smoothie
Mid morning: sunny side up egg on avocado toast with some arugula and chili crunch/everything seasoning drizzled on top
Lunch: quinoa bowl with hummus
Snack: cherries
Dinner: pan fried veggies and shrimp salad with homemade ranch
I’ve been obsessed with arugula and chili crunch lately so anyway I can eat them I do.
