Just over 500 calories and 38g protein per portion. Lunches for the week sorted!

Maybe throw in some carrots and peas? Looks good.

– 500g long grain rice (overnight in fridge)
– 8 eggs
– 600g chicken
– 200g pre-cooked and frozen prawns
– frozen peas
– 6 spring onions
– 2 garlic cloves
– 4 tsp light soy sauce
– 2 tsp dark soy sauce
– 2/3 tsp sugar
– 2/3 tsp salt
– 2/3 tap msg (optional)
– 2 tsp chicken powder
Pretty much as in the video, just added more eggs and chicken for the protein.
