today i raised my calories!

breakfast: oatmeal with quark and raspberries

lunch: ricotta tortellini in tomato sauce with chicken and broccoli

fun lil refreshment: a celsius

dinner: toast with egg and herring and watermelon

evening snack: half a kilo of quark+yogurt with raspberries

yummy day!! but kinda hungry despite more calories. toast is delicious but not filling for me 🙁
