This shake is modeled to taste just like one of my favorite smoothies from Freshens. It incorporates a little optional things like yogurt, chocolate syrup, and sweetener. You’ll be fine so long as you have some ice, milk, banana, peanut butter, and chocolate protein powder. Of course, a blender would go in that too. Happy post-workout indulgence!
my absolute favorite thing to do when I get back from a workout is have a protein smoothie and my favorite smoothie to make is a peanut butter chocolate banana smoothie it’s really really good and it’s got a nice consistency I’ll show you how I make it and I hope you try it out because it’s really really anyway so I start off with a frozen banana and I put a couple cubes of ice in it if you don’t freeze your banana just put in like maybe three or four cubes of ice I take about a tablespoon of peanut butter might be a little more one to two tablespoons works and then I go for a couple I’ll get a fresh spoon go for a couple scoops of some banana yogurt this is optional but if you have some around totally nice and I put in a little squirt of some Hershey’s syrup this is another optional thing just to kick up the chocolate on depending on how sweet your bananas you might want to add a little bit of sweetener I’ll put in like a little little sprinkle and I put in about half a cup to a cup of milk it’s good there and I take a scoop of protein powder and I use chocolate protein powder make it extra chocolaty but if you don’t have chocolate protein powder just use more of the Hershey syrup if you have it okay so that looks good I’m going to give that a whirl all right looking kind of thick so I’m gonna add in a little more milk because I don’t like mine too thick see that that’s the smooth the actual protein powder makes it a lot thicker so you might need to add extra milk so I’m just gonna give that another world see how it turned out perfect that’s how I like it so one last thing I like to do with my smoothie is add just a little touch of the syrup again so this usually sinks to the bottom so that makes the finish of the smoothie nice and tasty and sweet but let me know how you think of this drink if you try it out I think you’ll really really enjoy it and I think if stopping by please like comment do whatever you like with my videos and I’ll see you next time you
