Bowl of ripe off pheno Reapers, Trinidad Scorpions, ripe pathfinder and traditional Serrano, mammoth jalapeños, red habanero, red Savina habanero, cayenne. I’m curious how you all would process these?

    I smoked and dried a few of my serranos, then ground it up in my blender for some red pepper flakes. Very good and spicy. I would like to make a hot sauce, but I don’t have a large yield right now.

    I literally just made a plum and habanero jam today. Going to smoke some of the other red habs that I got.
