
Rustic country loaf, roast Turkey, mortadella, crispy prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, honey Dijon dressed frisée, artichoke heart, Castelvetrano olive and hot banana pepper spread, garlic basil Duke’s mayo saran wrapped and pressed for a few hours (not it wasn’t too busy or cacophonous, damn it was good).

Mortadella is all over the place on Reddit. I don’t love it, but I’m not a hater. But that stuff is in the zeitgeist though.
Gonna need a banana for scale.
