I’m not sure why I haven’t smoked chicken breasts before but now that I have I am definitely doing this again simply seasoned up my chicken breasts with a barbecue sort of rotisserie type seasoning and gently wrapped it with some thin pieces of Pudo about two pieces per chicken breast worked out really well the treager pellet smoker I set to 225° and waited until the internal temperature was about 155 ° added a little bit of barbecue sauce and waited until it came up to 160 about 162 let them rest until it came up to 165 and it was juicy flavorful and incredible
