hey y’all today I’m going to show you how to make a delicious lunchtime game time anytime of the Day meal my loaded barbecue chicken nachos here are some of the ingredients we’ll be using today let’s get started y’all first thing we’re going to do is preheat our oven to 350° then we’re going to take our tater tots and spread them out once the oven is ready we’re going to place our tater tots in and then we’ll set a timer we’re going to set this timer for only 15 minutes we only want these Tater tis to be cooked about halfway through because we will be putting them back in the oven a little later next we’re going to preheat our stove to a medium high heat and then pour in roughly about 1 tbsp of oil I’m using olive oil but use whatever oil you like now y’all I didn’t want to bore you with the cleaning process of cleaning my chicken these are chicken thighs I do feel like chicken thighs are underrated a lot of people go straight to uh chicken breast um you can use that if you like but I definitely prefer the chicken thighs dark meat is the best meat in my opinion although the chicken thighs do taste the best with this meal I have to admit they are a little bit of a pain in the butt to clean because when it comes to trimming off all of the fat it definitely takes a little bit of time but the taste makes it well worth it once I have all of my chicken completely coated in my seasonings I’ll add my lid and I’m going to cook this for about 3 to 4 minutes while the chicken is cooking I’m going to fry my bacon this is about 2 and 1/2 strips [Music] while the bacon is frying I’m going to grate some of my cheese this is sharp cheddar I will be using mozzarella as well but I’ll be using that out of the bag and of course if you wanted to you can definitely use both cheeses out of the bag I try to grate my cheese whenever I can simply because the pre-shredded cheese has a film on it so that the cheese doesn’t stick together and I don’t really want that also I feel that when you shred the cheese from the block it melts better here I’m just stirring my my chicken around I’m actually checking to see if there’s any pieces of chicken that are still raw and right here I’m just showing you that this piece is undercooked so it needs to be flipped so it can be cooked on the other side before the chicken can be fully cooked I am going to go ahead and add my barbecue sauce now I am using sweet baby raised barbecue sauce of course you can use whatever barbecue sauce you like y’all comment down below and tell me your favorite barbecue sauce I tend to like my barbecue sauce on the sweetest side but y’all let me know some good sauces all right y’all it’s been f 15 minutes so we’re going to remove our tots here I’m just seasoning the tots with a little bit of salt and pepper and now we’re going to load our tots remember earlier I told you we were going to be putting these back in the oven this is why we didn’t want to fully cook them we definitely don’t want these to be too crunchy unless you just like them that way here I’m sprinkling over the mozzarella again this right here is purely for taste this is a little bit of red onion this is optional once we have this red onion down we’re we’re going to spread half our chicken down we don’t want to put all the chicken on top at this point because we are going to really lad these tots up so again half that chicken and then we’re going to repeat these [Music] steps last thing we’re going to add on top is our bacon I’m just breaking this up into smaller pieces once all of the bacon has been added on top I’m going to put this back in the oven for an addition 10 minutes I tend to like a little heat so I’m definitely going to throw some jalapenos on top again just like the Red Onion this is an optional step if you don’t really like that much heat then you can leave these off but here is a closeup of our final product y’all tell me what you think drop a like down below I think it looks good but y’all most importantly it doesn’t just look good it tastes good too y’all have got to try this to all of my subscribers thank you so much I appreciate you and I’ll see y’all in the next video so
