berul or bulgar is packed with vitamins minerals and fiber it’s been used in the Middle East for centuries it’s known to promote weight loss and gut health I use it in at least one of my dishes per week it’s a great substitute for rice and this particular dish is super simple I just saute the burul I add the cooked meat add some garbanzo beans mix some more spices then you add 1 and 1/2 cups of water for each cup of burul bring it to a boil then turn it down to a low simmer then cook until it looks beautiful and fluffy like this now let me feed you
