One of the meals I wanted to prep were breakfast sandwiches with sausage, egg and cheese. Would I put the sausages on frozen or do I need to cook them and then refreeze them once assembled?
Also, if anyone has great freezer meal ideas I'm open to suggestions!

If they are already cooked, I would just keep them frozen.
They are fully cooked already, no need to reheat before reheating. Congrats on the kiddo!
