This is honestly the best hummus I’ve made yet, and it’s amazing how easy yet gratifying it is to make right at home. The ingredients are inexpensive and the flavors are so fresh. Each step I mention helps contribute to a creamy and smooth hummus unlike any other. Hope you give it a try and enjoy!

-1/4 cup aquafaba (chickpea water)
-4 tbs tahini

-scoop out all of the skins with a mesh strainer
-give the chickpeas one more rinse with cold water and add into a food processor

  1. I litterally just drain a can, add everything you did with water and not ice cubes and it’s still very smooth.

  2. Looks great dude!!! Make this also! Add spices, sauces, condiments, chopped up veggies, or fruit… Of your choice to make it even more unique and tasty!
What is Aquafaba????? Almost 66 years old and love cooking/baking! Never heard of this before!! Thanks 😊
