Pineapple coconut protein breakfast. Cottage cheese, vanilla Greek yogurt, plain yogurt, and some pineapple juice all blended together in a pineapple cheesecakey tasting base topped with pineapple and coconut.
Something along the lines of loco moco. White rice. Simply seasoned beef patty- salt pepper, garlic, worcestshire- gravy with mushrooms and onions, egg on top that will cook more when reheated. Someone else did this a few weeks back and inspired me.
