    Did you get any smoke rings? Looks like the meat was smoked enough..Even though there’s not much char it. looks pretty good, as long as you enjoyed👌🏽

    Everyone has their own opinion. I like to boil sausage then grill them at high heat. It makes it so they don’t get dry and wrinkled.

    Bring water to a rapid boil, put sausages in for your desired time, mine is 10 minutes. Take them out, then grill them on the hot zone until they get some good grill marks, usually 1 minute each side.

    Looks delicious, poppers are on point.

    Edit: was far into my grill, and by grill I mean beers.
