Protein Brownie
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp granulated low calorie sweetener (I used monk fruit)
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop protein powder (any flavor, I used Ryse marshmallow)
2 TBSP water
Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, cool whip, chopped nuts, etc.
Mix everything together in a bowl. Make sure the bowl has high edges so it doesn't overflow. Microwave 30 seconds. Mix. Microwave another 30 seconds. If you want it a little gooey, stop here. If you want it completely cooked through, Microwave another 30 seconds.
