I keep making variations of this whenever I have leftover queso de hoja, which is similar to fresh mozzarella, but tangier and a bit more firm.

    I should warn that I’m pretty restrained and I still used more garlic butter than called for and more cheese (thankfully I had more than needed), so definitely increase the amount if you like it pretty cheesy.
