Gnocchi coated in sweet chili sauce, fresh cabbage and red onion tossed in sukang sili and lime, spaghetti noodles with lemon juice and olive oil (cooked with a splash of soy sauce).

    Thank you! It really was. The gnocchi was a little more dense than anticipated, however still enjoyable.

    I completely forgot I added cubes of tofu equal in size to the gnocchi. I didn’t have much left but needed to use it up. For whatever reason I thought gnocchi would be a good solution to bulk up that part of the dish but it took such a long time 😂
