**First slide is this week’s dinner.**

BBQ Chicken Breast-I know it doesn’t look good. I know it looks like “white people chicken”. I KNOW! I marinated boneless skinless chicken breast in Italian dressing for about an hour or 2, then placed the chicken on a cookie sheet, added spicy chicken rub, baked it at 400 for 20 minutes, added bbq sauce, in the oven for 10 more minutes, it was supposed to go in with more bbq sauce for another 10 minutes but it was done at this point so I just put the rest of the bbq sauce on it and called it a day.

Here is a comment I made detailing how I make my [Italian Pasta Salad](https://www.reddit.com/r/MealPrepSunday/comments/1czqfth/meals_that_dont_have_to_be_reheated/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button)

French Onion Dip and Veg for Snack-I used Liptons onion soup mix with greek yogurt and a little vegan mayo (egg intolerance). I chopped up some broccoli, bell pepper, cucumber and threw in some baby carrots to have for movie night snacks….I also have some potato chips on hand to pair with the dip in case of emergencies.

**Second Slide is for the freezer**

4 loaves of sesame peasant bread for toast. This is the [recipe](https://lifemadesimplebakes.com/4-ingredient-no-knead-artisan-bread/) that got me started but it doesnt need to be that complicated. I’m kind of tired today, but I’ll post the easier way tomorrow if anyone is interested.

2 One gallon bags of [Buffalo Chicken Chili](https://imgur.com/a/z63WxZO)

8 ham and cheese folded wraps to pair with [Dill Pickle Soup ](https://noblepig.com/dill-pickle-soup/)in the near future. I haven’t made the soup yet, but deli ham was on sale so I took advantage.

I shredded some swiss and cheddar to have on hand because I have leftover mojo pork, lime rice, spicy sweet potatoes and cuban black beans from a previous meal frozen and I thought that might make for some nice burritos on a lazy day.

Then we have a few no churn ice cream flavors…some have already been eaten or gifted. But there is [Key Lime Pie](https://yestoyolks.com/2021/07/06/no-churn-key-lime-pie-ice-cream/) and [Chocolate Peanut Butter](https://marginmakingmom.com/no-churn-chocolate-peanut-butter-ice-cream/). I sell it to friends, family and co-workers so I can afford to keep making it.

Lastly, I froze some Simply brand Limeade in ice cube trays to blend with vodka for a nice treat after all of my hard work!

**Third Slide** is quite obviously the ice cream.
