This would have to be my favourite meal to make. Full of protein, keeps you full and tastes like a taco bowl.

– Taco seasoning packet (mild)
– Lentils
– Chick peas
– Red kidney beans
– Butter beans
– Brown onion
– Garlic
– Green beans
– Jasmine rice
