10 lb. Pork butt going on in a few. Salted last night, rubbed this morning with brown sugar, sugar, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, ginger, black pepper, cumin. Basically my kitchen sink rub minus salt. Goal is 250 until wrap with a little bourbon/vinegar.
