Spaghetti is a great addition to your diet when you are looking to volumize your meals for weight loss, or even just looking for something different! Check out this hack to make them easier to cut open and serve!

INGREDIENTS

•1 spaghetti squash
•1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
•1 tsp salt (I recommend one of @osmosalts flavored ones- I used their new black garlic) You can save with code 2EXPLOREWELLNESS

•Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

•Create slices horizontally in your squash along where you want to cut, so the steam can vent in the microwave.
•Microwave for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
•Heat oven to 400.
•Slice along your indents to cut squash in half, and scoop out the insides.
•Brush with oil, salt and pepper before turning over on your roasting pan.
•Roast for 25-45 minutes (timing depends on squash size, oven, and desired doneness) The squash should be easily flakable
•Let cool enough to handle before shredding. Enjoy along with seasoning or add to your favorite dish (and make sure you subscribe to@2explorewellness for a full recipe coming soon!)
