What is this kbbq side dish? And how am I supposed to eat it?
It tasted like slightly sweet, cold mashed potatoes? We ate it all before the meat was done cooking because it's addicting and delicious. Is it usually eaten on its own?

Lol that’s what ive always thought it was, i usually eat it alone to break up the salty/sour flavors

Korean’s version of a potato salad, with mayo and slightly sweet. My friends (non-Korean) enjoy it more than I do lol

If you like Korean style mash potatoes, the next one I had was like an egg/potato salad with chunks of apples and dried cranberries.
