High Protein Low Calorie Shrimp Scampi 🍤

1 tbs Olive oil
14g unsalted butter
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 cup of chicken stock

500g raw shrimp
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

190g Linguine Pasta
1/2 cup pasta water

Cooking tips

You may need a bit more or less of pasta water add based on sauce consistency
Scrape up the red pepper flakes from pan when you add chicken stock
Add half a lemon first save the other half for end of dish depending on how much you like lemon
