Hey everyone!
I'm having a bit of an issue here. I germinated three different types of pepper seeds—Chocolate Bhut Jolokia, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, and a third more generic type—but forgot to label them, assuming I'd be able to tell them apart visually. That plan didn't quite work out…
Now it's time to transplant, but I can only keep two plants. I used a three-part germination tray, planting each type from left to right. The seeds in the third section were sown densely and look distinctly different, so I'm excluding those from my dilemma. They're to long sprouty ones in a bush.
I've chosen two seedlings to pot, believing them to be different, based on their appearance in the last photo I've included here. One has larger and darker leaves and is nearly twice as tall as the other which may not be clear from the picture. The remaining seedlings vary in similarity, with some looking alike and others not at all…
Could anyone help determine if the two I potted are indeed different types? Any identification tips or insights into their characteristics would be incredibly helpful!
