    This wonderful place taught me the magnificence of hangar steak, and I’ll never forget it. Alternatively, Longhorn Meat Market later sold me the same untrimmed cut for about 1/3 the price, for which I am also forever grateful.

    It was good, but their front of house staff on the restaurant side especially was pretty terrible in my experience. Food always good, meat bought from there always good. Will be sad to see it go, but not surprised.
