I bought a tomahawk steak for my dad for Father’s Day and he requested that I grill it for him on Tuesday. Does anyone have any tips for making sure that it comes out perfectly and even throughout the entire thing?

Reverse sear in oven at 275 until you hit 90 internal. 45-hour. Get a large cast iron piping hot on grill or stove when you’re a few degrees shy of 90. Put neutral oil in hot pan followed by steak then unsalted butter. 1-2 minutes then flip and baste with the butter/oil mix in pan. Pick up with tongs and hold on its sides for 30-1:00. Put on glass plate, loosely tent in tinfoil, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Cut and enjoy
