Happy Father’s Day to me!

I spent nearly 7 hours this morning doing a "fast" slow-smoke.

6 lbs of pork shoulder rubbed with mustard and "The MVP" from AC Barbeque.

It came out tender and awesome, and will make excellent pulled-pork barbecue for supper.

The bone pic is from where I attempted to pick it up and turn it over. LOL
