Was aiming for 350 just eyeballing it but I took weights to plug in and see how I did! Here’s what’s in it:

128g chicken breast tenders
68g pre baked potato
38g frozen sweet peas
37g frozen sweet corn
61g fresh chopped carrot
78g cottage cheese 4%
40 calories gravy

Veggies were cooked in a pan with zero calorie cooking spray seasoned with salt & pepper. Chicken was pre seasoned with TJ Green Goddess Seasoning, airfried then chopped and added to the pan. Mixed in a simple tasty gravy: 1 cup boiled water, 1 tsp BTB roast chicken flavor, 1 tbsp cornstarch and a few dashes of seasonings to taste…all but licked my bowl clean 😋
