I think it's good. Monkfruit is one of the sweeteners alongside allulose and I have to say there's a very faint aftertaste. Not enough to bother me. The place where this wins for me is the texture: it's not icy at all, it scoops smooth straight out of the freezer but also melts pretty quick for some reason. I can't wait to try out the other flavors! I'm curious about the coconut one.
