Hi guys and welcome to my channel! Today join me as I make a delicious and scrumptious chicken spinach dip that is perfect for any occasion. This appetizer is sure to be a hit with your friends and family! It’s creamy and cheesy, with the addition of wonderful bites of chicken throughout! INGREDIENTS:
1 8oz pkg of Cream Cheese
1 cup of Rotisserie cooked Chicken
1 cup of Ranch dressing
1 10oz pkg of Frozen Spinach, Thawed
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1 Tsp of Black Pepper
Mozzarella Cheese for topping

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a microwave safe medium bowl, add cream cheese and Ranch dressing. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until cream cheese is soft. Stir to combine. Add spinach (squeezed dry) and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Add chicken and stir gently to combine. Transfer mixture to a large baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. ENJOY!
