Omg at first I thought it was a raw onion and thought… so this is what weight loss has come to. Yep that will slow you down… 😬

Ironic, just passed a Shriners vidalia onion sale earlier in my neighborhood and I was thinking “what on earth would anyone do with a whole entire bag of onions?”

That is dedication, great job for staying on track instead of taking the easy way out. People being haters on here need to be quiet.

Slice the onion in half, bake at 350 for about 20 min. Lightly dust with brown sugar (real lightly) and a pat of butter. Back in the oven at 350 for another 20-30 min. Serve it with a drizzle of balsamic.

Still under 100 calories, less shame, more gourmet.

Ser Davos Seaworth, is that you?

Onions and mushrooms are great! Next time, I would recommend slicing the onion and sautéing with the mushrooms. Also, try it with cabbage too! Cabbage is super low cal and gets kinda sweet when sautéed.

I think I got heartburn just looking at that. 😁

What is it as in what’s this dish supposed to be?

I recommend grilling your onions. Put large chunks on skewers and put it on the grill. The charred parts are the best 🤤

Thought it was raw at first but I could so get down with a baked onion. I recently realized I hated mushrooms my whole life because they were always out of a can, fresh ones are so good!

I normally don’t judge what people eat but…. “Dedicated” is all I will say.

    I hate raw onion.

I love love love onion when it’s been fixed and then cooked until it’s all nice and brown. Like well cooked. Friggin delicious.

I am curious about a baked onion…….. How long ? And does it still taste like browned cooked onion?

Bruh, just have a fucking sandwich

For 150 calories I think I would’ve rather just had a salted baked potato 😭

my father told me a story that in his youth, he got high in a friend’s family attic, and got awful munchies. in the corner of the attic stood a bucket full of onions, so he bit into a raw one like an apple. except you appear to be sober.

I’m susceptible to heartburn from onions. I airfry carrots almost every day to have as snacks and before I eat a meal. Surprisingly filling and I haven’t got sick of eating them. Costco organic carrots are superior in taste. It’s really helped me on my weight loss journey.
