if anyone needs inspo for balanced lunches!
i had strawberry Greek yogurt, sliced Munster cheese, granola bar, toast, almonds and sprite. i got so full lol. anyone have any recommendations for an easy lunch like this?

    Are you a vegetarian? If not, I recommend strips of chicken or turkey breast (I like to batch cook, slice, and freeze) , hardboiled eggs, smoked salmon, string cheese, vegetables like carrot sticks or string beans, berries, and squares of dark chocolate make great desserts, especially if you are looking to cut back on the amount of sugar.

    Why waste calories on sprite? You know they make zero sugar sprite?
