Sooo hungry this morning and big day ahead! Leg day and won’t be eating untill after 6pm.
People have been commenting on my sugar in the morning. I know it’s not ideal but I’ve always had a morning sweet tooth and have savoury meals throughout the day. Cutting down refined/ sugar from UPF is definitely a positive but I don’t eat a great deal of it in the grand scheme. I’m a healthy weight, very active and young. I’m trying and will aim to limit sugar as the weeks progress 🙂
