RECIPE:
• 8 oz of 96/4 ground beef (make into 2 oz patties, smash them down into the high heat skillet) – 240 calories for 8 oz.
• get the patties really crispy then flip
• take two slices of low-fat American cheese, split in half, put on each patty, then stack like a double cheeseburger (cheese – 45 cals each)
• toast two brioche buns (I used brioche buns from Aldi – 160 calories each – you can find a lower calorie bun for sure but I had these in the pantry)
My choice of toppings is always mustard and onions! Enjoy.
