Ingredients in second slide (also added a little salt, oregano, and garlic powder which I didn’t track). Super easy to customize with whatever veggies you prefer. This batch made enough for one big meal, two smaller meals, or probably 4-6 side dishes (for reference it’s in a 10-cup container). Serve with a protein of choice or just on its own.
