-1 English Cucumber(peeled,cut in chunks, 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt)
-1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt(some more to taste)
-1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
-2 Tablespoons Garlic (minced)
-1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
