I strongly dislike anything that resembles cooking but have to eat a lot and often to maintain my weight and lean muscle mass, so I do what I have to do. This was quick and easy.

I put the egg whites in the microwave for just shy of 3 minutes, stirring intermittently. The chips gave the wraps a nice crunch. These wraps are both relatively high protein and high fiber which keeps you full for a good amount of time.
