I was in Seoul last week and had some amazing food I knew everything I was given every day from the little side plates. But this, I didnt know, it had a crunchy texture mostly but another piece was soft, I was wondering if anyone could identify it. Thank you!

    Looks like marinated/sauced half dried daikon.  무 말랭이 무침.  Its half dried so some parts are like crunchy and some parts are not. 

  2. Probably 도라지 무침 (marinated balloon flower root)
