Someone at the gig gave this to me because no one uses it. I got the "real" Sriracha at home, but is this a good throwaway sauce to use? Like this is what I'll use when I want to save the good Sriracha for other stuff. But is it worth keeping, or it's no good and throw it out?

Why don’t you taste it?
I quite like it. Definitely a similar yet distinctly different flavor compared to the cock sauce.
I really like it. It doesn’t taste like Sriracha IMO, but it’s like a thicker, sweeter version of Louisiana style hot sauce kind of. Great on eggs, Southwestern foods, etc.
I sure like it. I’m not beholden to the rooster god
I think it has a good flavor, but not as much heat as og Sriracha.
Is it 50% sugar also?
It’s okay. Not terrible like some of the others.
