Hi everyone! Big diet change. I’ve been running off of carbs and sugar and not realising it/ being in denial. Today I experimented and increased my protein and decreased my carbs significantly. I’m not cutting them out I’m just decreasing. In limiting sugar that isn’t from fruit or protein yoghurts 🙂
Breakfast: chickpea, kidney beans with spicy sauce in a pitta!
Lunch: steak, avocado and pitta
Dinner: protein yogurt, sugar free jello and a couple of blueberries/strawberries
