breakfast: oatmeal with quark and raspberries

dinner: oatmeal with quark, blueberries and some strawberries (257 kcal, 20g p)

evening snack: quark, turkish full fat yogurt, strawberries, 1 1/2 date w butter, 1/2 protein bar (517 kcal, 24g p)
