Worth a try if you’re drinking in Shinjuku’s Golden Gai, could cut that massive sheet of nori up though.

It was fine, first thing we got in the country actually. We weren’t used to fish ramen and it tasted a bit of cat food. Probably my lowest favorite ramen we got in the country and we had at least 8 different spots in 17 days.

Legit one of my favourite bowls of ramen. I’ve been gravitating towards Niboshi ramen and it’s all thanks to Ramen Nagi. The umami in a bowl of Ramen Nagi is insane, and the niboshi lends a pleasant sweetness to round off the usual heavy savoriness of a ramen broth.

Try the tsukemen! They use a very unique flat and wide noodle for dipping. Almost like Cantonese Hor Fun but wheat.

An absolute classic and the real test for people to find out if they like niboshi or not haha

Maybe share in r/rameninjapan as well and leave a review over there.
