you would like that the lemon poppy 400 to go around this is one of the favorites and it’s called the Orange olive oil and we’ll tell you about more about that there’s 400 of those and this one is the brand new one the chocolate chip which I can’t wait to have Emily tell you about it cuz I got a chance to taste it earlier in the show and it was delicious so first of all I just have to say this lovely lady first of all started baking when she was 15 she literally was baking in her Mom and Dad’s Kitchen and it became a business and so I know she’s not that old but I’ll tell you what she knows how to bake and that’s why we’re thrilled that you are here I’m so happy to be what could you taking apart that chocolate chip I can’t help it because there’s so many chocolate chips and I I just can’t Stu tell us about the new flavor okay so this is a buttermilk coffee cake essentially and it’s filled with mini chocolate chips and I do mini because you get a lot more than than large right it covers a lot more surface with if I’m having a chocolate chip cake I want a lot and the best part is if you do rewarm it which you don’t have to it creates like this ribbon throughout of all of this melt oh my God it’s so melted chocolate some of them kind of like sink to the bottom it almost makes like a chocolate crust which is like it’s too good it’s so that you can do in the microwave you could do this in the microwave you pre slice them throw them in the microwave not long like 5 to 10 seconds not long at all you can put actually the entire cake right in the oven oh nice so this we bake them in this liner and you could rewarm it in that liner you could store it in that the liner can go right in the oven right in the oven and that liner is so great because it keeps it all nice and moist and it keeps everything you know all the same every cut is going to be exactly the same so but yeah you could and you don’t have to but again for the chocolate I kind of and these actually ship ambient so they’re basically coming to room temperature I want to go to the orange olive oil because that’s one of those flavors you’re like well what is that like so it’s it’s kind of an old school thing um I learned that not a lot of people know about it but I I love it so it’s exactly what it’s called it’s an olive oil cake so what that does is it keeps it very very moist and it’s an orange olive oil cake think of like a citrusy corn muffin it’s real orange Ze juice real orange Z so you’re not getting any artificial flavor very good it’s a great snacking cake you know it’s something different it’s like the company cake that you kind of pull out of out of the fridge or the freezer and that you should always have on hand but super um dense and moist I mean this is a kind of cake that it’s cake but you could almost like push it down and it stays down because it’s so moist and it it doesn’t need anything on it you can do some powdered sugar you could do a little marscapone or whipped cream but it really is is it’s good all by itself and then the lemon poppy seed I’ve got to try that cuz that’s one of my favorite flavors but I haven’t tried it in your bu it is great for summer and again we don’t add anything on top of it because the flavor kind of does speak for itself but a little whipped cream if you want it for dessert you could do a little scoop of sorbet but it’s great for a breakfast I brought one of each to uh my brother’s for Father’s Day and you know everybody has their flavors that they love my nieces love the chocolate chip my fiance loves the olive oil but the lemon for summer to me it’s I could eat a year what do you feel like it makes your bun cake special well we use every ingredient that you see you can pronounce everything is fresh they’re made to order and we use a different recipe for every single cake so that’s a sour cream chocolate chip cake this is a lemon poppy buttermilk cake and then the orange olive oil cake so every single one is different there’s so many great qualities about it the size alone to me it’s not an overwhelming size but it’s the perfect size to have on hand it is especially if you pre- slice it you could throw them in the freezer the last 6 months in the freezer and you can refreeze you can refreeze and again you don’t need to you don’t have to warm any of them I actually eat them all ambient the chocolate chip to get those melted but the the lemon poppy ambient 2 weeks you keep it in the uh the seal wrap which they all come individually wrapped like that which also makes a great gift to sent to somebody if you keep it individually W like this you get a full two weeks once you start cutting it I say you know maybe put it in a different container you could throw it in the fridge but totally sealed we give you the instructions cards how you want to rearm it or store it for you know future use and it’s it’s it’s the best little just snack you can do buil to ship too you know sometimes you hear about someone who’s you know going through a hard time I mean maybe they’ve been sick maybe they had to have surgery last minute or whatever and you know that it’s kind of hard for them to be standing in the kitchen and doing this or doing that you know you want to send them something but flowers you know they can get so many flowers they don’t know what to do with them all send this use B to ship to9 you know I mean isn’t it great to see Emily back again I’ve never worked with you before it’s such a pleasure to meet you I have tried your cake I know it and the cakes are so yummy going back but the whole thing is that sometimes just to be able to treat yourself or even like I said to be able to treat someone else who maybe is going through a tough time send this to them it’s just such a wonderful thing to receive 24 o so it’s a pound and a half you’re getting a lot of cake but this it’s not a burden if you send it to somebody it’s just such a nice gesture and again if you’re having like a brunch and you cut them into slices you guys so many servings do a little sampler there’s a real Elegance to these cakes you’re proud to serve those to your guest the ones that you love the most I was listening to your story over there and I can really like really feel your passion for it and when I taste your cake I could also taste your passion for it thank you yeah they’re all handmade isn’t that orange olive oil amazing love it I know it so they’re all so good I’m enjoying the chocolate chip which is the brand new flavor right now if you are a chocolate lover go with the new chocolate chip if you want to go with the lemon poppy seed cuz you just love that for summertime cuz it’s so fresh and refreshing and then if you want to go with the orange olive
