Looks super tasty! I miss Tokyo. I lived there for 2 years a long time ago. Those little ramen stalls with 5 stools near the train stations are way better than 99% of the ramen joints here in Texas.

One of the few vegan ramen options in Tokyo. For being vegan, it’s actually quite tasty, although it can’t really compete with regular ramen in terms of flavor depth.
