1 kilo baby back ribs
1 liter rootbeer (mug)
1/2 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 cups water
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp cane vinegar
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
*approximately 3/4 – 1 cup of baby back ribs broth

tried ths recipe earlier!! approve sya. this recipe is more on the sweet side. saktong sakto lamg ung amount ng sauce na nagawa ko for 2kg of ribs using the given recipe. medyo kinabahan pako kanina kasi nung tinikman ko ung ribs pagkakulo antamis. un namang sauce may pagka maanghang. pero nung inihaw ko na magksama tamang tama ung lasa. will definitely cook this again.
Tried this… with some alterations because of unavailability of some ingredients.
No cayenne, no mustard.
But I added "mixed bbq powder" to the rest of the ingredients….
