J Nard Sprouts: help

I have these seed saved from last year sprouts. Jimmy Nardello is the variety. My favorite sweet pepper next to Habanada. Multiple sprouts in one container. They have all popped up. Should I transplant to separate pots and scale up on my grow light situation? Do I need to apply any sort of heat to help and promote growth since I’m starting indoor? More photos in comments.
