I try to lose weight since 1 year now with 1800calories, but the weight is going down really slow.

Today I ate 1410calories and I am really satisfied 🙂

Breakfast: High Protein cookie dough (with yield oat flakes (?) and vegan protein powder)
Snack 1: Mango
Lunch: Maultaschen (Swabian Ravioli)with low fat cream cheese and a frozen vegetable mix
Snack 2: Cheese
Dinner: Quark with chocolate whey

    That’s a big step down. Maybe go a little slower, like 1700, 1600… 🙂
