Hi everyone! I hope this post is allowed, I truly didnt know where else to ask this question. I have a monin french vanilla syrup that I opened a few weeks ago and has an expiration date of 2026. Today I noticed these weird brown particles that sink to the bottom of the bottle and also float around. The syrup still tastes and smells good, but I am definitely concerned it might be mold (maybe due to the heat? Its been in the 90s for a few weeks now). Has anyone experienced this before and have any insight as to what I should do?
